About our Pre-School in North Cadbury

Our Pre-School was established in Galmington over 30 years ago, but now operates from a classroom at North Cadbury C of E Primary School. We offer places to children from age 2 and most  of our children go on to North Cadbury C of E Primary School.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 3.15pm during term time and our location in the centre of North Cadbury village is easily accessible from the A303 and Castle Cary, providing parents and carers with convenient childcare. We also have access to the school's facilities including the school hall. The Pre-School children also have the opportunity to attend a breakfast club session starting from 8am each day during term time.

At North Cadbury C of E Pre-school, the children have snack twice a day, in the morning and again in the afternoon. This consists of a fresh fruit and vegetable platter, crackers and breadsticks. Milk or water are available to drink.

There is no charge to parents for the snack.

At North Cadbury C of E Pre-School  we aim to offer children the best care and education possible.  We want our children to feel happy and secure, to enjoy spending time at Pre-School, make friends, and enjoy exciting, engaging and interesting activities that inspire and give them the confidence to achieve their potential.
