The New Head Teacher's Commissioning Service at St Michael's Church. Many from the community came to support us and the cakes were provided by Tiers of Joy and the Academy Trust.
Phoenix Class Team Building Day at Carymoor Environmental Centre
Children in Need - a massive amount of money was raised through the Mufti Day, the Pudsey Bake Sale and the Sponsored Row across the English Channel.
Remembrance - The children marked the occasion with a two minute silence. Phoenix Class created a display from silhouettes and all the children made a paper poppy. As everyone returned to class, the poppies were left behind, thus creating a Flanders Field.
Harvest Pumpkins - Year 5 &6 took delivery of 100 pumpkins, learnt how to mark out a design and then, as Pumpkin Pioneers, taught the younger children.
