    The children in Phoenix class have been busy picking red currants, raspberries and gooseberries outside there classroom. We couldn't believe how much fruit was hiding! They spent some time today learning how to make lovely jam with Mrs Pett. Mrs Baker has already put in a order for two jars of gooseberry jam! 
  • I'ts Summer Fair time again!

    The PTA have been really busy organising this years Summer Fair. The children have been selling raffle tickets and Yr5/6 have been creating their own games and stalls - they are very excited! Parents have been busy baking and the sun is going to shine. We look forward to seeing everyone this Friday on the school field from 3.15.

     

    We would like to thank George's Green Grocers in Castle Cary for supporting two children in Dragon Class with their stall tomorrow. Look out for some lovely fresh fruit and vegetable skewers. George's Green Grocer will also be supporting our Healthy Tuck shop starting in the new school year - info to follow in September!

  • Dragon class visit a Viking settlement - Ancient Technology Center at Cranborne

    Dragon class had a fantastic day at the Ancient Technology Center today. They spent the day learning what it was like to be a Viking from making rope and fire, archery, Viking games and what it was like to be a Viking warrior!
